"More Power" is the opening track on Liam Gallagher's third solo studio album, C'mon You Know, which was released on May 27, 2022. The song was co-written by Gallagher and Andrew Wyatt, with additional contributions from Ezra Koenig on bass, and features a children's choir from St. Andrew’s Cathedral School Chamber Choir. It draws inspiration from the Rolling Stones' classic "You Can’t Always Get What You Want," particularly in its use of a choir to distinguish between wants and needs. The track is a reflective ballad that touches on themes of healing, family regrets, and humility. It begins with a choir singing about wounds that "never really heal" just enough to "stop the bleed," and transitions into Gallagher addressing his mother and father, admitting past anger and wishing for "more power" to change things.
In an interview, Gallagher revealed that the song is dedicated to his estranged brother Noel, describing it as "a naughty little tune, but it's lovely."
