Notes
The Swamp Song" is an instrumental track by Oasis from their 1995 album, (What's the Story) Morning Glory?. It appears as two short interludes on the album, specifically as tracks 5 and 10, acting as brief, energetic bridges between the major songs.>
A full-length version of "The Swamp Song," lasting over 4 minutes, was released as a B-side on the "Wonderwall" single. This extended version features the same bluesy, distorted harmonica and gritty guitar riffs, giving it a raw, swampy rock vibe—hence its name. The full version also showcases more of Paul "Bonehead" Arthurs' rhythm guitar and Noel Gallagher's lead guitar.
The harmonica in "The Swamp Song" was played by Paul Weller, frontman of The Jam and The Style Council, who also contributed to the song "Champagne Supernova" on the same album.
